Great opportunity to provide reporting and analytic support to the insurance and annuity sales organizations. This role will own all routine reporting for the insurance and annuity product lines. Plenty of opportunity to provide process improvements to existing reporting models, assist in small to mid-sized projects and contribute to recommendations that drive the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine reporting and analysis contributing to recommendations for the business based on the need for minor process improvement, along with assisting in small to medium projects within business.

  • Perform routine reporting and analysis within existing reporting models, while recommending minor adjustments. Make recommendations based on reporting and analysis that best meet client or business objectives.

  • Develop solutions for routine and less complex problems for the business. Trouble shoot, resolve problems or issues, while contributing to define solutions.

  • Make recommendations that best meet business objectives.

Recruiting Location:

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (finance, statistics, data analysis, business analytics, or similar)

  • 0 to 3 years relevant experience

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Quantitative skill with the ability to use statistical analysis and modeling

  • Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in one or more area.

  • Ability to communicate effectively any recommendations and analysis, establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization

  • Excel, SQL

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
