Are You:

As the Associate , you will have primary responsibility for ensuring that vehicles that have completed refurbishment in redeployment are allocated to new/receiving DSPs in a timely manner to minimize vehicle down time. You will continuously monitor available supply and demand in all states and geographies, working directly with the client counterpart to facilitate vehicle allocation as directed. This position has direct and frequent client facing meetings to review inventory & demand, present action plans and forecast future results.

A Day in the Life

  • Monitor recent vehicle delivery quality and identify/respond to quality issues.

  • Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem solving/root cause analysis to avoid future risk.

  • Utilize tools and map processes to move defects through the resolution process.

  • Responsible for analysis feedback for identified trends in quality concerns.

  • Creation of action plans to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

  • Partner with other internal teams to implement action plans and provide operational feedback.

  • Responsible to identify transactionsw/blockers delaying allocation and following up with appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution.

  • Work directly with the last mile delivery team and facilitate used vehicle status updates to ensure we are meeting the WGD financial SLA.

  • Provide additional redeployment unit status analytical support as needed.

  • Function as a back-up to the redeployment analyst SME.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred

  • Process Management Experience

  • Customer Service Experience

  • MS Office – proficient in the following

  • Excel – ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data

  • Word – ability to create documents

  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability

  • Critical thinking – ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements
