Job Description

We are seeking a professional, tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support senior executives in our Risk Strategy & Operations group. The role, which will report to the Risk Strategy & Operations Executive, requires excellent communication adn the ability to multi-task with good skills utilizing technology solutions. Strong collaboration and the ability to support multiple leaders at the same time is an important part of this role. This individual must be a self-starter that anticipates the needs of those they support and be able to react promptly when needed. Broad set of duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Calendar Management

  • Travel planning

  • Completing expense reports and tracking

  • Meeting coordination

  • Creating Powerpoint presentations

  • Creating spreadsheets and memos

  • Assist with employee onboarding and facility management

  • General office support, including ordering office supplies

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
