We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide operating support to the Branch Managers and Operations Director. This individual is the key marketing liaison in the Atlantic Liberty, Connecticut, & New England branch locations and will need to be able to coach advisors and their staff around marketing best practices.

  • Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region/ Headquarters.

  • Will be a key partner with HQ Marketing

  • Create, collaborate & consult on marketing strategies

  • Develop plans to assist with client acquisition & retention

  • Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO.

  • Is the point of contact on Centralized Marketing Resources around Frequently Used Items.

  • Maintain Branch Inventory around marketing resources

  • Provides periodic updates of new/updated marketing items

  • Key Advisor contact to SMEs

  • Maintains all Social Media Accounts

  • Utilizes Portray Professional, Successful Organization in support of gaining both new clients & new recruits

  • 1:1 Support for advisors with establishment and management of digital footprint

  • Develops Marketing Plan Templates for segmented advisor audience

  • Organizes all office community events (Equitable in Action)

  • Oversees in organizing any holiday season events

  • Acts as B2B Liason for community organizations

  • Communicates and promotes marketing tools, resources, and content to Complex

  • Designs Complex & Branch Newsletters

  • Must maintain and develop Branch websites

  • Will submit and teach how to submit advisor-built items for compliance review and provide follow up

  • Lead on new advisor marketing onboarding

  • Facilitates ongoing 1:1 support of marketing plan & marketing initiatives (PDG-centric) for advisors

  • Supports HQ initiatives that help develop, improve, or eliminate processes to create value and more effective and efficient support to the field.

  • Act as a resource by sharing time and expertise to assist in the development of new programs and systems.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$87,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years industry or marketing experience

  • Able to resolve conflicts, problems, and function independently

  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and design

  • Ability to serve as primary contact to and communicate with financial professionals with diplomacy and tact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning

Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects
