Then we want you to join the small, but mighty, RNnetwork Sales Department team and help drive our business growth. We are looking for a Business Development Exec who will assist in creating strategic partnerships with new clients. This position will support our business and award-winning culture by assisting with research and contacting prospective healthcare clients through phone, email, and other marketing sources.

  • Work closely with Business Development Team, along with others on the Client Development team, Recruitment, and Consultants to generate new client leads

  • Focus on high level hospital prospects, that provide maximum opportunity and impact

  • Research, source, identify and contact new clients by phone, email, and other creative marketing sources

  • Make 20-30 contacts per day to accomplish team objectives

  • Strong collaboration with all CHG divisions to better understand client needs

  • Travel to a minimum of 12 client sites each year

  • Understand and assist in New Account RFP and contracting processes

  • Outstanding interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to professional confirm and customize presentations to C level executives

  • In-depth knowledge of the nurse staffing industry and its current events

  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively on short-term and long-term projects

  • Strong work ethic, socially adept

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient computer skills, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Manage working relationships diplomatically

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in the direct sales of products or services

  • Minimum of two years successful experience within the nurse staffing industry, and client services.

  • College level education or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
