Great opportunity for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join Navarro Health Services/CVS Specialty Pharmacy in Miami, Florida. We are looking for a dedicated, motivated and patient driven bilingual Registered Pharmacy Technician. We are passionate to provide specialty services to disease states such as HIV, Hep-C, Oncology and Autoimmune diseases. The Pharmacy Technician will work alongside our pharmacy staff in data entry, filling medication orders accurately and efficiently in accordance to the prescription requirements, accurate counting of medications utilizing a manual process, prepare orders for shipping by selecting the most cost effective methods for delivery while meeting the needs of the patient, accurately put away medication orders in assigned placement area to ensure accuracy in tracking inventory and filling patient orders, provide customer service to walk in customers, operate the cash register, accept payment and accurately distribute the medication order to the patient, contact patient by making refill reminder calls to ensure compliance, assist with prior authorizations, copay assistance and ensuring patient adherence to therapy.

Guaranteed 40 hours with consistent, Monday thru Friday schedule!!! No weekends, no holidays and free parking.

Operating Hours : 8:00am - 6:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months of Pharmacy Technician experience

  • Active Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Florida

  • Spanish & English Bilingual

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialty Pharmacy experience

Education

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
