Marketing Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating captivating marketing campaigns that connect with audiences? We are in search of a marketing professional to join our team and take our efforts to new levels. As a crucial contributor, you will play an integral role in defining and executing strategic plans to increase brand visibility and promote our products.

Responsibilities:

Creative Force: Conceive and develop innovative B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and interest.

Multifaceted Marketing Expert: Demonstrate expertise in various aspects of marketing, from content development to optimization, advertising, event planning and execution.

Collaborative Profile: Establish relationships with external vendors to orchestrate events and promotional campaigns, while working in harmony with internal teams to synchronize brand reinforcement efforts.

Channel Strategist: Plan and execute strategic initiatives across multiple channels to effectively reach our target audience.

Data Analyst: Analyze marketing data to extract valuable insights and shape future strategies to improve performance.

Flexible Team Player: Take on specific tasks within the marketing plan and adapt as needed.

Requirements and Competencies:

Demonstrated B2B marketing experience in or have knowledge of the education industry, as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role.

Thorough knowledge of marketing elements, including traditional and digital strategies such as SEO, social media, etc., and proficiency in market research methods.

Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software and various applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords.

Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to combine commercial awareness with a creative mindset to drive impactful campaigns and strategies.

Desirable Qualifications:

Ideally holder of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent. However, relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate and possess excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a competitive environment.

Proficient in time management and prioritization, working effectively under pressure.

Fluent in conversational English (intermediate or higher).

Location: Mexico City (excl).
