Overview of Job Function:
This position will be working within the HR organization alongside HR liaisons to assist in delivering solutions and services for supporting Hire-to-Retire function. The position will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities to realize business value, incorporate industry technology advances, and deliver on project commitments and operational activities.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
•Drive delivery of solutions for supporting Hire-to-Retire processes, such as Compensation Management, Benefits, Recruitment, Performance, Personnel and Organizational Data management
•Define process enhancements, required systems settings, testing scope, and change manage requirements
•Assure seamless Business as Usual HR operations by providing quality and timely support to HRIS customers
•Audit and ensure relevant documentation is current and complete to support data changes
•Serve as super user on the main HR systems
•Conduct regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance at all stages of the Hire-to-Retire process
•Collaborate with HRIS customers and service providers to define requirements and actively participate in designing new or improving existing solutions
•Provide support to HR users including and not limited to process design and administration, stakeholder communication, assuring data integrity and adherence to Enterprise Data Standards: Ad Hoc reporting, data corrections, system access requests and troubleshooting errors/issues.
•Play an integral part of annual HR programs by ensuring that requirements are collected, testing, analysis and data validation is completed, systems are updated, and reports are prepared and available to end users with the appropriate access.
•Prepare and validate reports on demand, as well as scheduled annual. monthly and quarterly reports such as headcount and compliance compliance
Minimum Requirements :
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience with process administration and supporting projects for HRIS organizations in global company
•Strong skills and experience with using Oracle HRM or Oracle Fusion in HR organization
•Experience and excellent knowledge with several of the following HR Functions: Core HR operations, Compensation Planning, Benefits Enrollment, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Reporting, Self Service
•Strong oral and written English communication skills
•Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including v-lookup and comparison functionality
•Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office suite including creating dynamic presentations, detailed reports, rich documentation
•Intermediate knowledge of SQL
•Self-driven, capable of conducting research, exploiting industry networks and persistently driving process improvements
•Able to conduct proactive and thorough assessment of risks with HR solutions
•Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
•HRP and/or PMI Certification a plus
•SharePoint Experience a plus
