Job Description

The Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner, serves as a talent advisor to our Enterprise Digital business segment by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders, develops strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health. Primary Responsibilities:* With a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, the ideal candidate will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, selecting candidates for interviews, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame* Creates and executes on a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables and is knowledgeable on innovative sourcing practices and tools ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified diverse candidates* Acts as a business leader who has a specialty in recruitment communication to candidates and hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health benefits and the business* Understands and strives to exceed metrics on all levels – candidate survey, hiring leader survey, TTA, TTF etc.The candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S. with the ability to work from home.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of high volume recruiting and sourcing experience in a complex matrixed corporation. Proven track record of delivering high impact recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace with exception evidence of client collaboration* Experience specifically in recruiting roles within the Digital space. (Engineers/QA/Product Development and Management, Architects, ETC)* Innovative skills to find candidates outside of the routine posting process * Developed negotiation, client management and influencing skills * Strong ability as a full-lifecycle recruiter including sourcing knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional organization skills and time management skills to ensure timely and proactive follow-up on all activities * Superb communication skills in order to interact at all levels with applicants and senior level leaders * High level of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and able to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters * Problem solving skills to solve problems on own with limited oversight (system issues, offer negotiations, etc) and understands when to escalate to a Senior TA Partner or Manager * Must be able to quickly grasp knowledge of business and understand the purpose of each position and how it supports the overall mission of helping people on their pathway to better health*Experience recruiting Digital Product
