Job Description

Corporate Payment and Treasury Solutions (CPTS ) helps organizations – from middle-market companies to federal agencies – pay for goods and services by issuing cards and facilitating digital payments. The CPTS Supplier Support Manager role leads a team that is accountable for assisting suppliers and merchants with successfully processing virtual credit card payments. This role also is responsible for managing and directing business processes using bot automation to process online credit card payments for select clients.

This role will provide hands-on leadership and work direction to a medium-sized team of payments support staff who help troubleshoot and resolve issues processing virtual cards brought by our client’s suppliers and merchants. This role will work closely with our commercial card relationship manager teams and supplier enablement teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience while meeting or exceeding SLA's and performance metrics. Additionally, the role is a member of the CPTS Bankcard Account Management senior leadership team and will contribute to a culture of continuous operational improvements, client advocacy and team engagement.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area

- In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations

- Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills

- Well-developed customer relations skills

- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
