The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an OTC Data Readiness Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Understanding 3M SAP deployment project standards and procedures to support Customer Order Readiness (COR) evaluations throughout the readiness and deployment process.
Collaborating with Country or Area SMEs to identify data mapping and transformation logic impacting COR
Building and Analyzing COR readiness dashboards and facilitating resolution of identified errors
Communicating current status, action items and data gaps to BG Deployment Leads and other key stakeholders across global/area Enterprise Customer Operations and BG Operations teams
Building strong partnership with data conversion and operations team to understand data conversion impacts on COR rates across OTC data objects
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Three (3) combined years of working experience with MS Excel, Access, Power BI
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience evaluating COR levels and improvements
Experience with prior deployments in EMEA or USAC focused on OTC processes
Expert level knowledge of OTC and Customer Service processes
Familiarity with APAC or LATAM Legacy Pricing and Order Management System
Experience with SAP Data migration processes and tools
Experience with Database Tools, MS Access, MS SQL, Teradata etc
Experience with Project Management
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new tools & systems quickly
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
