The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, Technology, on 3M’s Customer Experience team you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Working closely with our software partner Medallia and our professional services delivery partner to ensure the CXIS technology roadmap is aligned to strategy and delivers value for 3M

  • Collaborating with 3M colleagues and partners to drive design and requirements definition and create and action delivery plans for CXIS

  • Implementing new listening posts to gather customer feedback and flow it into contact and decision making processes called Customer Experience Improvement System (CXIS).

  • Driving delivery on time and on budget by managing requirements, resources and ongoing costs

  • Putting in place robust processes to enable long-term scalability of CXIS delivery

  • Supporting BG and functional partners with simple configurations in the CXIS system (report creation, adding field values, etc)

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up team environment on a visible initiative with both internal stakeholders and customer facing contact

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Seven (7) years combined experience in marketing, project management, sales, and/or customer operations in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, technology management

  • Minimum three years of technology project management experience implementing or product-managing customer-facing systems

  • Minimum three years of experience with Medallia or similar CX-management platform in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Skills include using negotiating, probing and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly and effectively

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
