Corporate FP&A analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Corporate FP&A analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting Corporate FP&A income team with key reporting and analysis of total company performance for actuals, estimates, and forecasts

• Lead reporting of key performance indicators and other critical metrics

• Implementing process improvements and simplification efforts around estimate and close cycles

• Partnering closely with various stakeholders to develop estimates, review key analysis and drive business performance

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

• Minimum five (5) years of financial analysis, reporting, and modeling experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in business from an accredited institution

• Ability to demonstrate clear thinking and communication skills when interacting with peers and senior leadership

• Strong process thinking, with the ability to evaluate, improve, and implement process improvements

• Ability to work well with other and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desire results

Work location: 3M Center, St. Paul, MN, United States

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the office at least 3 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
