Support the Human Resources, Training and Development, Employment Outreach and Front Desk staff with various tasks related to HR; including, but not limited to electronic personnel files, filing, computer entry, records updating, assisting with career fair preparation and other duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a college, university, trade, or technical school in the next three (3) months.

  • Students must be enrolled in six (6) semester or nine (9) quarter credits; or for a non-credit granting institution, two (2) or more classes per semester/quarter.

  • Applicants will be asked to complete an Education Verification form prior to appointment.

Successful applicant resumes must also demonstrate all the following:

  • Applicants must include an anticipated graduation/completion date on their resume. This information is needed to determine eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Freshman, sophomores, juniors, or students who have at least one year or more left in school before completing their program.

  • Candidates enrolled as a full-time student in a Human Resources degree path with a GPA of at least 3.0

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use wrists, hands, and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
