This position transcribes, proofreads and distributes incident/accident reports, providing information as needed for courts, insurance companies, probation officers, law enforcement agencies, etc. to bring about proper closure to case files. This position includes making copies as requested of audio/visual recordings for county attorneys and other LE agencies, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications
Present clear and concise explanations of governing rules and regulations in a manner that is understandable.
Explain laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures to clients, coworkers, and customers.
Respond effectively to clients, coworkers, and customers who have questions about agency operations and procedures (in person, in writing, on the phone, and through presentations and other electronic correspondence).
Database and/or records management systems sufficient to store, categorize, and retrieve electronic files.
Respectfully engage with clients, coworkers, and customers, when handling difficult or complex problems and resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of GovQA, MNCRASH, eCharging, and MNCIS systems.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with numbers and data entry involving crucial and secure record keeping is essential on a daily basis.
Ability to think critically and evaluate incoming information for accuracy and appropriateness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the desire to work efficiently and effectively to improve processes where possible.
Working knowledge of the legal system.
Physical Requirements
Very Light: Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file folders and small tools. May need to maintain a stationary position for long periods of time while carrying out job duties.
