Responsibilities

Updates construction/drawings and maps, such as-built drawings, Life Safety drawings, and Evacuation Maps, utilizing CAD and document management software. Maintains electronic drawing files and archived paper prints in an organized way. Works collaboratively with colleagues throughout the Mayo Clinic enterprise to constantly improve the sharing of information and the standardization of practices. Works closely with teams that maintain the location management system and others to keep records current. Updates and maintains regional CAD database. Participates in developing and applying facilities standards. Responsible for overseeing the delivery of institutional wayfinding and building signage. Serves as a resource or advisor to the institution on facilities issues as requested.

Qualifications

Associates degree or certificate in an architectural technology program or equivalent and two years’ experience working in the architectural, engineering or construction field required.

Five years experience working in the architectural, engineering, or construction field with at least 2 years working on healthcare related projects preferred.

Minnesota Drivers license is required

Qualified candidates will live a reasonable distance from the Mankato Mayo Clinic campus.
