We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Programme Manager to support our clients in delivering professional exams. The role involves client account management and the delivery of exam programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and future clients
Managing the provision of exam services to assigned clients and their learners
Contract management and change control
Leading projects to plan and deliver the agreed products, services, and deliverables
Planning to meet clients’ exam dates and candidate volumes
Measuring performance against the client contract and any relevant key performance indicators
Managing all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, quality, scope, cost, and timelines
Leading client-facing meetings and ensuring that the team follow-up on any agreed commitments
Ensuring that projects are formally closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are actioned.
Supporting Senior team members with delivering projects and operational activities to clients.
Experience & Qualifications
A minimum of 1 years’ professional experience delivering services for medium to large-scale customers is preferred
Experience with the delivery of computer-based assessments and qualifications within the education sector is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
A recognised project management qualification and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred
Effective communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to build good working relationships
Experience of working with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Problem solving skills
IT Literacy
Exceptional listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships
Commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach
A valid non-restricted passport
Languages – Arabic (desirable not mandatory)

Hybrid working with travel to the Manchester office
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 hours, with a commitment to peak time requirement as may be required to fulfil project / global client needs.
