JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Great Valley is searching for part-time fixed-term Certified Scrum Trainer/Agile Coach for the Summer Session beginning May 10, 2021; and Fall Session beginning August 23, 2021, and beyond. in the following area:

The Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)/Agile Coach will facilitate university-approved noncredit Scrum-related courses.

Courses will be scheduled remotely (delivered through Zoom) until a decision is made to reopen campuses for face-to-face training. Applicant MUST be certified through Scrum Alliance, holding the credential of a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), who can develop, prepare, and deliver Scrum-related courses that lead to Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credentialing. Instructor is expected to guide and assist students to understand the principles and values that form the foundation of Scrum.

Applicants must be able to professionally prepare for and deliver the following courses: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified LeSS Practitioner (LeSS), and willing to assist in developing Advanced CSM, Advanced CSPO and Leading SAFe 5.0.

Prior college teaching and or corporate training experience is strongly preferred.
