Packaging Line Lead

Our client in Malvern is looking for Packaging Line Leads on 2nd shift! We have multiple openings since the company has experienced tremendous growth in the last 2 years. This is a clean room environment and involves overseeing a team of 10 or more at a time. If you are interested in a hands on position where you can demonstrate quality and supervise your team this is a great fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes used in the production of medical device and consumer product finished goods.

• Ownership of Manufacturing Systems and Processes to support the Manufacturing Operation.

• Drive culture that reflects the Company’s Safety Values in all daily work.

• Operate in compliance with all Safe Practices & SOP’s.

• Completion and adherence to all Quality SOP’s and GMP’s.

• Maintain and cultivate a Quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment.

• Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability, & Scrap.

• Lead and/or Execute Improvement Projects to eliminate losses with the Operation.

• Responsible for the staging area accuracy and organization.
