Job Description A Brief Overview

Drives the performance of assigned operational areas within a distribution center facility. Contributes to

profit, expense, and customer service goal achievement, as well as compliance with organizational

standards and regulatory requirements.

What you will do

  • Communicates direction for Distribution Center processes to managers, supervisors, and

individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Analyzes the performance of company programs and initiatives to assess progress against


  • Leads the execution of short and long-term strategy for the assigned distribution center,

leveraging goals and initiatives from the enterprise and overall supply chain.

  • Optimizes facility product flow and building capacity, partnering with resources as needed to

drive current and future state.

  • Ensures timely, secure, and accurate deliveries of products through the optimum

deployment of delivery resources within expense/profit target parameters.

  • Collaborates with organizational partners to support the distribution center network and

supply chain strategies and business goals.

  • Analyzes areas of opportunity within the distribution center and partners across the

enterprise to identify best-in-class solutions.

  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and

implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
