Tufts Medicine Paramedic in Lowell, Massachusetts

Job Description:
Compliance with performance improvement clinical benchmarks
Avoids substantiated complaints regarding interpersonal conduct
Complete records and billing documentation
Avoid hazards, uses safety equipment; is safe.
Follows clinical protocols, plans and orders correctly
Maintains effective scene management/leadership; follows ICS
Follows operational flow and procedures efficiently and effectively to maximize utilization.
Demonstrates effective and positive teamwork and initiative during EMS operations, within the department and the EMS community
Works collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License Required
Nationally Certified & Registered Paramedic License Required
ACLS, BCLS, and PALS Certified Preferred
1-3 years of Experience Preferred
