Tufts Medicine Medical Director - Urgent Care in Lowell, Massachusetts
Circle Health Urgent Care is currently seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our team of over 25 physicians and advanced practice clinicians at locations across the Merrimack Valley.

Circle Health Urgent Care is committed to serving as a community resource and our team provides vaccinations, travel medicine, and occupational medicine in addition to our core urgent care services.
Circle Health is an integrated healthcare delivery system composed of Lowell General Hospital – the region’s premier medical center for complex care – plus Lowell Community Health Center, and our growing team of local physicians.
How you’ll transform patient care:
Manage day to day operations, clinical practice oversight, and staff engagement
Drive quality-based goals for your team
Provide service- and people-focused support to meet the needs of patients, providers management and staff
Manage relationships with specialists and primary care physicians to keep care local and ensure that care referrals are high quality and effective
Work cross-functionally with executive level leadership to provide direction in the implementation of business and medical strategies, organizational initiatives, and priorities
Effectively manage, facilitate, and communicate organizational change
Who you are:
Board Certified in Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine
5+ years’ experience in urgent care preferred
Occupational medicine experience to include: DOT/7D exams, HRD examinations, worker’s compensation and work related injury management preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Active Massachusetts medical license preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule and rotate between locations
A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champions world class patient satisfaction and support
