Within our International Consulting organization, the recently created International Consulting Sales team is responsible for bringing together the needs of sales and consulting throughout the entirety of the sales process and through the transition into delivery. The International Consulting Sales team will work collaboratively across the globe to create consistency across processes while working closely with our sales team and clients to provide the right strategic approach for their future implementations. There are many opportunities to bring new and innovative thinking to how our internal teams work together and with our clients to achieve the best outcome such as driving processes to create global standardization in consulting sales. Working across multiple markets and regions to provide guidance on new solutions/offerings within the market through the sales process. Ensuring Value Outcomes are clear and a guiding light in sales conversations. Creating strategies to support client advancement through optimization. Bring vision to the future needs of consulting through understanding where clients are at today and where they will need to go next.
As a Senior Services Sales Lead, you will play a key role in supporting consulting sales across international professional services. You will be tasked with developing and managing a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy and integration with Cerner. You will have the opportunity to work in a global team supporting various regions as business need requires. This will range from large tender responses to new clients through to optimization conversations with existing clients leveraging solution knowledge, market knowledge with value-driven outcomes in mind.

*Basic Qualifications: *
Bachelors degree or 4 years related work experience
Plus at least 4 years of Consulting or relationship management work experience
Plus 2 years sales, licensing healthcare practice, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client facing or HCIT solution experience
At least 5 years of Health care business development work experience
At least 5 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experience
At least 3 years Software implementation work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
