Cornerstone onDemand Senior HR Generalist in London, United Kingdom

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional with a keen interest in Generalist HR Management to join a leading edge, fast-growing, global software and Services Company that is expanding rapidly, both domestically and internationally.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an outgoing hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage all the activities that support general HR operations across the region, treating information handled with the utmost confidentiality.

This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Operations - EMEA and will work closely with all members of the EMEA team as well as with members of the extended WW Cornerstone team.

In this role you will be responsible for...

  • Provide broad spectrum generalist HR management to the United Kingdom

  • Identify and implement strategic HR projects for the region and broader EMEA

  • Develop HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery to stakeholders

  • Manage talent wellbeing and engagement activities

  • Utilise systems, analytics and reporting to support business initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to local and company compliance requirements

  • Manage on-site / remote record keeping of confidential talent documentation

  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers

  • Coordinate logistics for new hires, leavers and intra-company transfers

  • Oversee budget controls, payments and vendor SLA’s

  • Coordinate benefit renewal as well as identifying new benefits schemes and support administration activities

  • Other duties as required

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Languages – written and spoken

  • Extensive experience with HR systems in a business environment

  • Excellent organisational skills & hands-on approach

  • Intermediate / advanced MS Suite

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and intercultural skills that enable you to work well with a diverse team

  • Positive and solution-oriented attitude with problem solving skills and a ‘can do’ approach

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to act with integrity to uphold high standards with regards to data and personnel matters

  • Self-starter

  • A great team player, people person - service oriented
