PROPOSITION SALES ENABLEMENT DIRECTOR – INDEX & ANALYTICS
The Proposition Sales Enablement Director is responsible for arming every Seller, Account Manager and Customer Success Manager with consistent product knowledge, training as well as enablement frameworks to successfully navigate through the customer’s buying journey and execute effectively against business line growth and retention targets.
This Proposition Sales Enablement Director will be responsible for enabling the Index & Analytics business and will principally focus on enabling cross and upsell of products and services resulting from the recent combination of the LSEG and Refinitiv Data & Analytics businesses. As such, this role is critical in driving the integration of the Data & Analytics sales motion.
The role will work closely with Sales Strategy & Execution, Marketing as well as Learning Project Managers and Product & Proposition to drive enablement content that supports pipeline creation, deal velocity acceleration, and improvement to win rates.
Proposition Sales Enablement Directors are responsible for the creation of clear and consistent enablement and learning Go To Market frameworks to ensure Sales, CSM and Account Managers can execute against priorities and strategic initiatives effectively.
Leverage the LSEG sales methodology to help sellers deliver impactful value proposition to our customers
Work with cross functional teams to ensure that product launches are truly sales ready and can be launched with impact.
“Content Custodian”: Partner with sales leadership, marketing and proposition & product teams to determine sales enablement content priorities which align with the proposition marketing strategy. Align enablement assets to the buyer journey and identify and solve for gaps. Assure assets are served up to account teams in the right place and at the right time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Experience in sales or sales enablement roles
A narrative-focused storyteller who understands the value of wrapping value propositions in a tale
Demonstrate strong leadership skills including influencing at a high level in order to achieve a common objective.
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
Experience of operating in a matrix organization, including engaging and influencing key stakeholder.
Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills.
Proactive and execution focused.
