LSEG Manager, Platform and Group in London, United Kingdom

The Integrated Marketing team is focused on marketing enablement and execution by ensuring our core business priorities are delivered with maximum impact and relevance to our customers and accounts in their respective markets, through end-to-end marketing program delivery and digital experiences.

Within the Integrated Marketing team, we are introducing a new function, Integrated Campaigns. This function will interlock with Marketing Strategy to build omnichannel tactic plans and execute on Global Campaigns.

The Integrated Campaign team will be responsible for helping the business achieve its strategic goals. It will lead on the core campaigns that can be delivered with impact on a global scale, with a focus on the long-term objectives of our businesses.

Manager, Integrated Campaigns, Platform and Group

This role sits within the Integrated Campaigns team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Platform, Group & ABM, and is directly responsible for the development and delivery of the go-to-market plans for LSEG’s Platform and supporting in oversight and delivery of various programs aligned to the Group area business.

The Platform business is of huge importance to LSEG’s strategic direction and will be fundamental to how we deliver services to our customers. The platform will deliver a single consistent data experience, making it easier for customers to access, distribute and build applications with investment grade LSEG and third-party data. The Group part of the business are responsible for developing the thematic campaigns that are important to help position the Group strengths across some of the key issues in the market.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Management of pan Integrated Marketing tactic approach for global campaigns and core programs, to ensure Omnichannel delivery for Platform and oversight of several Group activities

Alignment of broader BAU activity to the Integrated Marketing tactic plans including but not limited to Digital Marketing.

Manage and deliver global tactics of the GTM Marketing plan for Platform as well as Group oversight of several activities

Stakeholder Management

Work with Strategy and Regional teams as part of the planning process to ensure alignment

Partner with Content Studio to ensure alignment of content strategy with Integrated Marketing tactic approach to develop creative treatment and messaging.

Work with internal stakeholders to prioritise new change initiatives and execute through to delivery.

Examine, interpret and report results to stakeholders in marketing leadership.

Manages processes to prepare for periodic business performance reviews.

Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.


Owning the development of long term strategic go-to-market plans that align directly to the Platform and Group business’ goals

Manage the omnichannel tactic execution framework for the Platform and Group business.

Execution of global campaign tactics as per the framework agreed with internal stakeholders.

In partnership with Insights & Analytics, measurement of the effectives of omnichannel demand execution.

Global project delivery

Accurate Hive 9 tactics visibility and spend against plan.


Campaign Management

Knowledgeable marketer with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns and programs with a demonstrable impact on revenue.

8+ years’ experience in Marketing planning and execution. Preferably from a global financial company.

Driven by brilliant execution and proven track record of implementing best in class marketing.

Metric first focussed approach to campaign development

Soft Skills

Ability to partner and influence stakeholders from all levels across the business.

Curious, ambitious, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills

Tech and data savvy: knowledge of CRM tools and digital channels.

Experience working with marketing automation tools (ideally Eloqua, Hive 9 and Salesforce) to execute, measure and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset demonstrating successful marketing results and experience of measuring marketing attribution.

Industry knowledge

Requires some business acumen and deep understanding of the financial industry.

Requires market specific knowledge of LSEG products and propositions
