Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly innovative Sales Training team at the leading edge of Sales Enablement. The Sales Training team at Elavon plays a pivotal role in influencing how our sales segments interact with their customers. We pride ourselves on delivering the best-in-class training solutions with the sole purpose of driving performance. Our team focus is very simple; Sales Enablement through Learning, Content and Coaching. The role of Graduate will rotate through three core disciplines and will be pivotal in creating and delivering on the blended learning strategy at Elavon.

Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

  • Rotation 1: Adult Learning Theory & Instructional Design

  • Rotation 2: Training Delivery, Feedback & Measurement

  • Rotation 3: Digital Design & Creation

Responsibilities

  • Help with the Digital Learning transformation for Elavon Europe

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from Segment, including Go To Market, Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing and Technical Sales to ensure a deep understanding of their needs is factored into implementation of training design

  • Use the latest technology, software and applications including AI to create compelling, engaging on demand training solutions

  • Use the latest Adult Learning theories and Instructional Design theories to ensure all training solutions have maximum impact

  • Co-Deliver short learning sessions on line using MS Teams and similar meeting tools

  • Help measure the effectiveness of training using Kirkpatrick and similar tools

  • Help to design, build and maintain a world class digital training environment

  • Create high-quality, detailed, clear training materials (presentations, videos, job aids, how-to guides)

  • Build in measurement and governance to provide reports to segments

  • Provide Reporting and Insights to tailor Sales Training activities to identified needs from Seismic / CRM integration

  • Support the management our internal instances of Sales Readiness, Sales Engagement, and Conversational Intelligence and collaborate with others on Product and Technical teams to ensure these tools are properly aligned to internal use of Seismic Learning, Content and Skills.

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business Mgt or equivalent ) with a target completion date of May 2024

  • Less than 1 year industry experience

  • Ability to start graduate program on 2 Sept 2024

  • Understanding of financial and payments market

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • A curious mind

  • A keen willingness to learn

  • An interest in working with various departments across the European Elavon business

  • A willingness to travel across our European sites

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills Excel and PowerPoint

Location: London Old Broad Street. The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
