Siteimprove Enterprise Business Development Representative UK in London, United Kingdom
Our Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the front line of our sales process, spending most of their day prospecting and cold-calling, researching and trying to uncover business needs that can be addressed by Siteimprove’s suite of solutions. Your primary objective is to support Enterprise Account Exuctives in building pipeline and generating sales by securing new qualified meetings for the Account Executives with companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). BDRs are measured by their handoffs of qualified Enterprise prospects to our Enterprise Account Executive sales team.
In order to be maximize success the BDR team collaborates remotely with marketing and sales to acquire and serve our customers. A positive, eager and entrepreneurial attitude is at the core of this team. You can expect to grow both personally and professionally in this role.
We are looking for multi-faceted, hard-working individuals to join our BDR organization. The ideal candidate has a consistent record of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executives and is able to build and grow the pipeline for the business. They also have experience navigating through organizations, doing discovery and speaking to decision makers.
We will train you, and provide the sales aids and support to prepare you for success. You will be trained to leverage various inside sales plays that span list building, phone calls, email and social messaging using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, etc. As you are part of the EMEA BDR Team you will also learn from your peers to develop your skills.
During your ramp up period, you’ll learn about our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and value proposition. You’ll participate in weekly team meetings to develop and execute against high volume outbound activities, including marketing campaigns. You’ll also participate in inbound activities (qualifying leads from inbound marketing campaigns). Ultimately, you’ll schedule qualified discovery calls for Enterprise Account Executives.
Continuously research, identify and generate new opportunities
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline
Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling
Consistently exceed monthly and annual quotas
Managing and scheduling product demos with Solution Engineers
Managing and scheduling qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
Conduct AE briefings to share all the information gathered, and most importantly, the qualified business need and opportunity with the AE prior to the discovery call
