AlphaDesk is Refinitiv’s Order and Portfolio Management Software and develops and supports the software for hedge funds and asset managers globally. We are a dynamic team with strong technical skills, and the quality of our software and client services is at the core of our business.

The Client Services team at AlphaDesk is the interface between the company, our products and our clients. This team of Consultants has several functional roles:

  • Providing support to our clients

  • Implementing the product at new clients

  • Testing new releases

  • Providing client feedback to development including feature requests and bug reports

  • Deploying and supporting technical infrastructure

We are seeking a capable and motivated individual who thrives on challenges to join our team in London. As a consultant, you will work directly with our clients – traders, portfolio managers, and operations people at hedge funds. Moreover, at AlphaDesk we value continuous learning and expect to spend an initial period of several months learning our software, industry, and technology.

Our London team operates as a smaller regional team responsible for the EMEA region. As such it is a unique position offering the chance to meaningfully contribute to the team’s success. You should expect to continuously develop your skills and increase your responsibilities as we expand in the region.


  • Work witha number ofteam members to assist them in their work

  • Tackle a variety of assignments across the different roles within the team

  • Support our clients through email and phone queries

  • Produce high quality work with minimal direction


  • An undergraduate degree, preferably with a major in science, business or information technology, or equivalent experience

  • Past experienceworking directly with internal/external clients

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

  • Great teammate with a consultative approach to problem solving

  • Interest in financial markets, and curiosity about hedge funds

  • Willingness to learning emerging technologies and new software

  • Good time management skills, and ability to work effectively under time constraints


  • Small, fast paced team with growth opportunities

  • Exposure to all aspects of the financial technology services industry in a global environment
