LSEG Business Assurance Manager in London, United Kingdom

Role PurposeCarries out compliance assurance reviews, analyses assurance fieldwork and provides advice to Group functions in implementing remedial actions.Role Responsibilities- Carries out compliance assurance reviews in accordance with the plans for monitoring and reviewing ongoing compliance with relevant regulations- Gathers documentary evidence, interviews key staff and analyses the adequacy of policies, procedures and controls against the requirements set out in regulations- Analyses and reviews assurance fieldwork to deliver accurate review reports and develop compliance policies- Ensures that the findings of the assurance reviews are used to update materials used in the preparation of self-assessments for regulators- Provides advice to Group functions in implementing appropriate remedial actions.Minimum Requirements- This can be either a People Manager or an Individual Contributor role- Degree or equivalent and / or relevant professional qualification- Significant previous related experience.
