Oracle PowerChart Ambulatory Delivery Consultant ONSITE II in Lincoln, Nebraska
As a Delivery Consultant II, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. As a member of this team, you will develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality while also reviewing new defects, writing steps to test, outlining information for change requests and notifying clients. Finally, your responsibilities will also include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
Oracle Cerner PowerChart work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of Oracle Cerner PowerChart application build experience
At least 2 years of Oracle Cerner PowerChart Ambulatory work experience
At least 2 years of Dynamic Documentation, MPages, Message Center, Orders, and/or Powerforms work experience
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Suffern, NY area
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
