Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Representative, will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, You will own a customer portfolio and be responsible for processing complex orders, monitoring shipping and returns and resolving any order and delivery related queries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers and stakeholders is integral to the success of this role.

The role is a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract. Full time position. Hybrid working.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accurate and efficient execution of order management processes.

  • Prompt and detailed resolution of customer queries and complaints

  • Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.

  • Execute customer service strategies.

  • Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a fundamentalunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.

  • Handle general issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secondary Education or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience and knowledge of SAP desired

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
