GEHA Sales Operations Analyst in Lee's Summit, Missouri

An Executive Order was released stating that federal contractors must require COVID-19 vaccinations for all US employees. As a company that works on federal contracts, we have a legal requirement to comply with the executive order, if it is enforced.

Under supervision within the Growth Division. Develops analytical insights for sales unit using written or oral instruction of what is needed. Super user of analytic solutions and has a strong knowledge of enterprise accepted reporting, data and systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,831 - $92,169 USD.


  • Creates analytical programs to automate the passing of data between systems.

  • Develops reports, data files and dashboards based on request requirements.

  • Conducts research and analysis to provide insights and results back to business and manager.

  • Creates new insightful metrics to helps growth division track and analyze data.

  • Analyzes sales channel and activity trends.

  • Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures, goals, promotional efforts based on current market trends.

  • Participates in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a sales-support tools.

  • Writes process documentation using business requirements and analytical tools.

REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline

  • Requires 4 years of experience in a Data Analytics or Data Management role (internally or at another company)

  • Requires the ability to use Excel and write Python code and SQL

  • Requires thorough knowledge of enterprise accepted analytical and data sources to satisfy business requests and maximize efficiency


  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft Master Data Management tool
