This position is responsible for performing development and database work across a broad range of projects and technical solutions.
The incumbent will be tasked with performing ongoing routine maintenance and new development across systems and applications as part of an Agile/Scrum development team. This position may at times work closely with other project teams and business analysts to identify resource needs the Associate Developer may be able to fill. The incumbent will work closely with the Application Development Manager to learn the AAFP’s development process and industry best practices.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:
Associate degree or through equivalent work experience
Moderate work experience of at least one year
Working knowledge of relational databases and object-oriented design
Familiarity with: Visual Studio, Eclipse, C#, Java, xUnit, Microsoft SQL Server, SVN/GIT, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, SQL Server Management Studio, Windows, Linux
Rapid learner, adaptable and open-minded
Skills in time management, organization and oral/written communication
