Alaant RN Case Manager in Latham, New York
Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking an RN Case Manager for a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting their clients with benefits and insurance needs.

Hours and Benefits for the RN Case Manager:
Monday – Friday, 35- hour work week
Hybrid schedule
$65,000-$70,000/year
80% medical coverage, free dental & vision coverage

Responsibilities for the RN Case Manager:
Oversee workers compensation cases
Assess, evaluate, coordinate, and establish services and resources needed for each case
Adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory standards
Collaborate with injured workers, providers, employers, and other parties to address return-to-work capability
Calculate and monitor the estimated length of disability throughout the life of claims according to published criteria
Assess medical documentation, provide interpretation to staff, and ensure adherence to procedures and service standards
Requirements for the RN Case Manager:
Licensed Registered Nurse in NYS
2+ years of Case Management experience
Experience with MS Office and data entry
