CVS Health Broker Manager Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Description

CVS now a Fortune 4 company!The Broker Manager position is accountable to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives for the Aetna Medicare Advantage (MAPD) & Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) in Nevada. The territory includes 1 submarkets & 6 counties. Goals and objectives are met by means of our defined distribution sales channels. Responsibilities include the following:• Responsible for the execution of market strategy impacting the recruitment, onboarding, broker engagement, production, and compliance adherence of assigned independent agent base.• Responsible for meeting established health plan broker sales goal through management of assigned block of agents.• Prioritize broker relationships according to their ability to meet or exceed expectations.• Responsible for ongoing individual agent management by profiling agents & tracking activities. • Development of broker training tools, hosts broker trainings, through face-to-face, individual, and group meetings and web-based resources.• Development and execution of broker communications via broker blasts, sky broadcast messaging, social media etcetera. • Makes recommendations to management on agents plan preferred designation and contract level status.• Responsible for ensuring agent adherence to all CMS and Aetna guidelines.• Monitors compliance with state, federal, and health plan regulatory requirementsDue to this Broker Manager’s remit, this role will be located within Washoe County, northern Nevada area.

Required Qualifications

Life & Health License - State of Nevada and other certification to be deemed ready to sell for Aetna products as per job requirements on an annual basis (Must be obtained within 90 days of employment)Annual AHIP certification• 2-3 Years sales experience with focus on customer service initiatives • Written & oral presentation skills

Education

Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
