The Brick is Canada’s Number one Home Furnishings Brand and we are looking for a Commercial Sales Professional to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual that is excited by unlimited earning potential and have the organizational qualities to manage their own accounts.
Previous sales experience is a strong asset but more importantly, we are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality.
this position is based out of our Victoria, BC location supported by our National Commercial Network.
Drive commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance brands as well as electronics, office and home furnishings through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing.
Meet targets, performance plans, in cooperation with the Director of Sales
Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
Provide expertise on high end appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on application
Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
In cooperation with the sales Director, create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer industry and or related trade channels.
