Cargill Build Project Manager in Kāndla, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Build Project Manager will help plan, monitor and coordinate internal projects from initiation through completion. We seek an organized professional who will help direct and coordinate activities of fixed duration to ensure that the goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget.

Key Accountabilities

  • Help monitor project progress, intervening when necessary to handle problems with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.

  • Assess project issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Review status of projects and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.

  • Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects, working alongside team members.

  • Oversee, coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects, working alongside team members.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Should be Graduate in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

  • Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC projects of Manufacturing Industries

  • Good exposure in taking end to end responsibility of Project Costing, Capability and Timeline

  • Accountable for PDP projects

  • Good exposure in managing the team
