Nvidia Corporation Technical Account Manager - JR1939658 in Kirkland, Washington

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM), who will provide a premium customer experience to some of our largest customers. An awesome candidate is highly technical who can triage customer software issues and resolve customer problems as well as someone who can build long lasting relationships with customers.This individual should have shown grasp of platform and systems engineering who understands Linux triage, knowledge about servers and has the ability to resolve hardware and/or OS internal issues. This team supports and develops some of NVIDIA's most groundbreaking technology, like the Nvidia Networking solutions.We are also looking for someone who has superb interpersonal and communication skills, given you would be working closely with our customers and engineers to understand, explain and resolve issues, and collaborate with our customers and partners to build long term relationships.What you'll be doing: *Work with NVIDIA Enterprise customers and internal users to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of working with Nvidia Networking products *Take ownership and drive customer issues on Nvidia Networking products and solutions, and deployment from inception to resolution *Build upon the opportunity to research new use cases with Nvidia Networking products *Bring independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to customer experience What we need to see: *Minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related degree, or equivalent experience. *2+ years of meaningful experience. *Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented. *Deep understanding of networking protocols. *You'd have cultivated your Linux knowledge, and be very comfortable working in various Linux environments as well as with Windows OS's. *Professional-level communication skills, interpersonal skills with a passion to solve problems. Ways to stand out from the crowd: *Any exposure to system level debug and triaging experience. *Previous experience in a technical customer facing role.
