We are elated to hire a Support Integration Architect ,at Cerner. As Support Integration Architect, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability. You will develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy . You will troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate. You will analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies. You will work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility . You will contribute to internal team value and improvements and you will mentor and develop new associates.

At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience;
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems
At least 2 years of technical support and/or implementation work experience
At least 1+ year of Integration Architect experience or completion of the Cerner Integration Architect Development Program, CCL, partnering with internal and external client teams to understand, design, and experience with change management, project management, and domain strategy
Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
