Senior Marketing Partner
The Senior Marketing Partner on the Industry Relations team is responsible for project management, tracking marketing tactics and metrics, and utilizing marketing technologies for process improvement to influence business outcomes and ensure best practices are implemented for effective marketing. In this role you will drive efficiency through project management of industry engagements to ensure the team adheres to deadlines. You will also provide analysis of key data points to provide business insights and consult on effective marketing strategies within the industry relations channels. There are opportunities to find new ways to maintain and build our brand presence and thought leadership within each associations’ engagements. The ability to take disparate data and analyze for use in consultation is of high importance. You also will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics, including ROI across established relationships. Additionally, this role will work with cross functional teams including Cerner executives, associates, and our industry partner associations. This role is fast paced and strong attention to detail is needed. The ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively to bring ideas to life is crucial to success in this role.

At least 8 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
At least 2 years of marketing work experience
At least 6 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field of study
Must live in or around the Kansas City area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
