Job Description:

As a Senior Clinical Consultant, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will consult with client to create a strategic value measure plan resulting in value achievement across clinical workflows, analyze and interpret data to identify key performance indicators for maintaining business continuity and create mitigation plan to address risk areas and influence client clinical workflow design strategy. You will identify organizational opportunities to improve quality of care and patient safety. You will coach and mentor other clinical consultants and contribute to internal team value.

As a lead with direct reports, you must seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution, delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. You will need to identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed, lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team, and create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. You must provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development and identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 2 years licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:

  • Bachelor's in Nursing, Clinical Studies, or Healthcare

  • Registered Nurse - State Board

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
