Revenue Cycle Architect
As a Revenue Cycle Architect with Cerner you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and Cerner project teams, participate in executive level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. You will also manage and resolve project escalations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership, lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues and consult with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators and reporting prior to conversion. As a senior member of the team, you will participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions, and contribute to continuous process improvement opportunities within the Revenue Cycle Architect community. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant working experience
At least 4 years of technology implementation work experience
At least 1 years of health care revenue cycle consulting work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Must live within 60 miles of a virtually approved city or reside in the Kansas City area.
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Must complete the Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) Certification within 6 months
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
