Product Operations Manager
What you'll do... :
Responsible for utilizing analytics data, voice of the customer data, digital experience data, and enterprise data to further H&R Block’s data-driven culture and deliver critical insights to the Digital Experience team and cross-functional teams to drive strategic and tactical decisions. Identify and document how data flows throughout the Client Experience. Continuously gather and document use cases for data needs throughout the Client Experience to ensure the infrastructure aligns or to raise the flag when there is misalignment.
Advance the Digital Experience team by ensuring that the right data is in the right place at the right time in the right format to create and nurture an amazing customer journey.
Align with the Financial Services team to understanding their business goals, data landscape, and analysis needs
Align with the Media & Channels team to understanding their business goals, data landscape, and analysis needs
Elevate data-supported insights to the Customer Knowledge team to inform and drive personalization and testing
Collaborate with Data Science & Analytics team regarding digital data collection and dissemination
Advocate technical advancements with the IT team to fully recognize the value of data platforms, pipelines, and solutions driving H&R Block’s digital efforts
Proactively monitor data flows amongst systems/platforms to identify and resolve inconsistencies or lags
Stay at the forefront of industry technologies, disruptors, and best practices to develop recommendations to continuously evolve HR Block’s marketing technology advantages
Champion the usage of data and educate teammates to efficiently and effectively utilize various systems and applications

What you'll bring to the team... :
5+ years of relevant experience in the digital arena
Knowledge of Adobe ecosystem (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
Familiarity with voice of consumers systems, such as Medallia and Bazaarvoice
Familiarity with augmented analytics systems, such as Decibel
Ability to develop, improve, and document processes and procedures
Strong aptitude to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and conversely, technical approaches into easily digestible terms
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
