Lead Product Manager
As a Lead Product Manager with Cerner, you will manage strategy execution for one or more products inside Bundled Payments and Continuum Business Units. In addition to the standard requirements, this highly visible role will be critical to advancing value-based care bundled payments strategy, build-buy-partner assessments for continuum businesses (including Home and Behavioral Health), and translating market requirements in product features. You will also: Balance scrum team resources across features, defects, risk prevention and retirement of technical debt. Prioritize the product roadmap and decide when to release the new functionality. Own the product backlog, working through the product owner or directly with scrum team to prioritize and clarify product requirements. Execute product proof-of-concept and experimentation processes. Coordinate effective product partner validation processes. Collaborate with stakeholders within the immediate organization to ensure successful release of new or improved product functionalities. Monitor and manage to the product’s in-market performance throughout its lifecycle.

At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including;
At least 3 years product management, product design, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience
At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
