Job Description Summary :

Responsibilities include a blend of hands on work alongside exposure to multiple aspects of our company and industry. Work is balanced between assigned project work alongside training and development activities.

Job Description

  • Partners with co-workers to facilitate the delivery of Human Resources services.

  • Assist in the management and execution of New Employee Orientation process, Recruiting Events and Employee Recognition events.

  • Assists in managing candidate logistics and scheduling interviews

  • Participates in the planning and development of Benefit Enrollment events and/or Salary and Job Profile reviews

  • Conducts end to end testing and maintenance items in Workday for the launch of Performance Management Review cycles and/or other new functionalities

  • Assist with the administration and management of employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.)

  • Analyze and provide recommendations in areas tied to HR metrics such as turnover, time to fill, etc.

  • Completes special projects for various HR functions as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Students in their sophomore or junior year of undergraduate study.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar fields

  • Must be fluent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Basic project management skills

  • Effective communication both written and verbal

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

  • US Citizen or a US Permanent resident
