OVERVIEW:

At Hallmark our Information Technology (IT) division is vital to helping Hallmark win in the marketplace. We play a leadership role in identifying, developing, and managing technology and process solutions; we pro-actively partner with business areas to develop new capabilities, build reliable solutions, and efficiently manage the corporation’s investment in technology and end-to-end processes.

THE INFORMATION SECURITY DIRECTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The Information Security Director will be responsible for implementing a Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for application code and a respective pipeline for code development. This person will have actual programmer experience with multiple languages and should be certified to perform Attack & Penetration testing on code. The Information Security Director will also led all Static & Dynamic Application Scan Testing (SAST/DAST) oversight across all development teams & 250+ applications. Lastly this person will work closley with vendors to perform tasks and initiatives in the above stated tasks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in Science or equivalent work experience

  • Experience programming in at least three different programming languages

  • Have implemented and managed: software & security development life cycle (SDLC) program, programming teams, application and penetration testers, and application scan testing programs.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Additional advanced degrees and/or jo related certification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Ability to work confidently with personnel at all organizational levels.

  • Must be flexible and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced environment and managing multiple demands and priorities
