Overview

The recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into the hospital. The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting experienced clinical talent into the hospital. Clinical recruiters serve as consultants to the hiring managers in their assigned areas around attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: developing sourcing plans, direct and indirect candidate sourcing, and screening candidates for positions. The clinical recruiter is responsible for analyzing, recommending and testing new recruitment strategies. They must also be knowledgeable of current local and national recruitment trends. The clinical recruiter also coordinates background reviews, references, licensure and any other verification activities. Once a selection is made, the recruiter is responsible to work with the hiring manager to determine appropriate offer and coordinate the offer and orientation .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience Experience as an HR generalist with significant staffing requirements, experience with a search firm or previous recruiter experience in healthcare. or

  • HS diploma or equivalent or Associate's degree and 5-7 years experience Prior work experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
