Support the Enterprise Food Safety Quality Regulatory (FSQR) team and business unit stakeholders through leveraging systems and data analytics to track performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strategic objectives are achieved. Partner with DFA’s IT team to implement and provide platform-based support for the Enterprise FSQR function. Support development and implementation of quality systems aligned with needs of the FSQR leadership team and the business unit stakeholders. Represent FSQR on various projects ensuring the data requirements adhere to and meet FSQR requirements and compliance with DFA governance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with FSQR and business unit stakeholders to establish, maintain and analyze data models, data architecture, and data mapping to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the overall FSQR performance of the enterprise and to identify areas for improvement. Support the maintenance of enterprise level QMS data systems ensuring compliance with industry, regulatory, and DFA requirements
Partner with FSQR and business unit stakeholders to define FSQR KPIs and establish KPIs scorecards leveraging Power BI, ERP, and other reporting tools. Facilitate FSQR partnership with IT to streamline KPI reporting through available tools and ensure data accuracy and validity
Act as the subject matter expert for FSQR IT systems including Power BI, ERP, and QMS enablement tools. Support and contribute to the development of training modules for end-users. Provide technical support and troubleshooting as required
Perform FSQR design reviews on assigned IT projects to ensure that FSQR needs are aligned/supported by the platform and is compliant with Enterprise FSQR and DFA IT governance. Identify better practices to deliver solutions for the business. Provide oversight and management of user role definitions and access rights across all quality system platform
Partner with FSQR functional pillars to design and maintain SharePoint pages and portals to provide the necessary information and data repository
Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for the FSQR data technology platforms. Manage QMS enablement tools rollouts (Intelex, SAP QM, etc.) to the cross functional partners (including plant quality teams) from a usage and functional coverage standpoint

Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience
BS degree in biological sciences, chemistry, food science, or computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 to 8 years of experience within the food and beverage industry, preferable within the dairy category
Experience designing and implementing an Enterprise QMS IT platform
Certification and/or license - may be required during employment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of software solutions such as SAP, SharePoint, LIMs, PLM, SPC, Power BI, Salesforce, ServiceNow
Good understanding of reporting applications and integrations between quality data and reporting applications
Strong techno-functional background with ability to understand data quality management and its application to maintaining consistent quality of data across the enterprise for compliance and reporting
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 117
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, specifically LIMS, Excel and ERP
Accuracy and thoroughness in completion of duties is crucial to success
