Support and coordinate DFA’s Value Integrity Compliance Program and conduct thorough Hotline investigations. Evaluate the adequacy of controls to help prevent, detect, and address violations of regulations and internal policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations in response to ethics, Code of Conduct, and policy-related issues

  • Respond to ethics and compliance questions from employees and management, ensuring that issues are appropriately handled, assigned for investigation, discussed with appropriate members of leadership, and resolved in compliance with feedback received, company values, and internal policies and procedures

  • Conduct and/or lead periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's various companies, lines of business, and operations

  • Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the organization

  • Assist with compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans

  • Assist with Hotline administration

  • Assist with the design, development and coordination of Code of Conduct training

  • Assist with the planning and execution of the annual Compliance Month

  • Maintain or create detailed management reports, analyses, and presentations by using computer programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) to create charts, graphs, and slides

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required

  • 2 to 5 years of internal audit, compliance or employee relations experience

  • Experience conducting internal investigations

  • Experience conducting internal audits and/or risk assessments

  • Certification and/or License – recognized compliance and/or audit certification preferred

  • Able to lead and influence effectively across a broad range of business disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Able to read, write, and speak English
